As an HR Business Partner for International Catering & Airport Operations, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Airport Operations Jobs Dubai
- HR Partnering: Provide HR guidance and align HR products with department requirements to support the achievement of department goals. Offer advice and guidance to managers on employee and organizational-related queries. Ensure fair and consistent handling of HR matters in compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
- Project & HR Calendar Delivery: Act as a point of contact for HR projects or events, providing coordination support. Assist with activities in the HR calendar, such as implementing annual pay reviews (merit pot allocation) and profit share initiatives.
- Organizational Changes: Support the implementation of organizational and HR change initiatives/projects with significant people implications. This includes involvement in organizational design, job role review, and job evaluation. Drive and communicate strategic and operational changes within the business.
- Performance Culture: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to drive organizational performance through effective performance management. This includes assisting with goal setting, development planning, conducting individual reviews, and providing relevant information on trends and areas of improvement.

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent) in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities).
- Professional accreditation preferred (CIPD, AHRI, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an advisory capacity.
- Customer-oriented and solutions-focused mindset.
- Effective communication skills (written, presentation, interpersonal).
- Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively.
