Additionally, you will promote collaboration and ensure that each team member is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives that are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic, and time-bound.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 8-10 years of proven experience in a similar position and be familiar with hospitality industry standards. You should also be proficient in English and have knowledge of additional languages. Computer literacy, a customer-oriented and professional attitude, an outgoing personality, and outstanding communication abilities are essential.
