Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Manual Lathe and Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC manual lathes and other machines to produce precision components
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical specifications to ensure compliance with production requirements
- Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy of production
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure their smooth operation
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machines and equipment, and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, waste, and quality control measurements
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, machinists, and supervisors, to ensure production goals are met
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and maintaining CNC manual lathes and other machines
- Knowledge of programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines
- Experience with manual lathes and other manual machining equipment
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Must have a valid UAE driver’s license
