We are a contracting company located in Jeddah, and we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our ongoing projects. Our company mainly provides fit-out, architecture finishing, and MEP services to offices, F&B, and luxury houses. Construction Jobs Jeddah Saudi Arabia

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, as well as an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. The candidate should also be familiar with quality and health and safety standards, possess good knowledge of MS Office, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with engineers and architects to determine project specifications, negotiating contracts with external vendors, and determining necessary resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials while adhering to budgetary limitations. You will also be responsible for hiring contractors and other staff, evaluating progress, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards while reporting any issues.

A BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or a relevant field (architecture or civil) is required, and a PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
