Job Title: Executive Cabin Crew

 

Responsibilities: As an Executive Cabin Crew member, your primary responsibilities will include: Cabin Crew Qatar Airways Jobs

1. Ensuring high standards of customer service and safety on board all Qatar Executive aircraft.
2. Applying all safety measures, regulations, and policies in the cabin.
3. Maintaining legal documents and licenses required for flying duties to ensure smooth operational flow.
4. Adhering to company procedures, operational standards, and policies outlined in the Service, Grooming & Administrative manuals.
5. Delivering a safe environment to Qatar Executive clients and crew through safe work practices and adequate knowledge of Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP).
6. Maintaining excellent knowledge of the operating fleet, including aircraft specifics, product locations, service and safety equipment, and technical features.
7. Providing a hospitable and professional inflight experience to all clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of onboard products.
8. Performing onboard service in accordance with Qatar Executive service process and standards to maintain the highest level of customer service.
9. Understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling client requests in a timely manner, while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
10. Interacting professionally with passengers and colleagues, being mindful of language, posture, and behavior.
11. Planning cost-effective catering orders based on passenger profiles and available cuisine, and practicing personal shopping for a more tailored and cost-effective service.
12. Providing comprehensive and accurate post-flight documents as per standards and procedures.
13. Respecting and maintaining company property, reporting any misuse, damage, or waste.
14. Upholding cabin supplies in terms of quality and inventory, especially when the aircraft is away from the base, to minimize costs associated with breakages and losses.
15. Being proactive, organized, and planning ahead to identify and provide timely solutions to potential problems.
16. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-groomed cabin, galley, and lavatories.
17. Representing the company during events and fulfilling all ground duties delegated by the company.
18. Performing other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.

 

Qualifications: Cabin Crew Qatar Airways Jobs

 

To be considered for the role of Executive Cabin Crew, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Without a Degree: High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
2. With a Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
3. Proficiency in English language.
4. Excellent culinary knowledge.
5. Understanding of exceptional customer service, safety, and life as a Cabin Crew member in a non-scheduled operation.
6. Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and understand the goals of the company.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Dynamic, creative, passionate, and dedicated, with a good sense of protocol and etiquette. Good manners and excellent grooming are essential.
9. Proficiency in any other languages such as French, German, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese will be a positive point.
10. Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture.
11. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
12. Previous experience in Catering/Hotel/Hospitality/Customer Service, preferably within the Middle East.
13. Completion of SEP and Ab-Initio training.
14. Hospitality training (desirable).
15. Experience as solo crew is beneficial.
16. Personal presentation and attitude.
