- Operate and maintain machines and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring proper calibration.
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems that may arise during operation.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
