To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you must be an Omani national with a minimum bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Well Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Computer Engineering, Geophysics, Geology, Geo Science, Earth Sciences, HR, Business Administration, or Economics. You must have less than three years of relevant work experience (0-3 years) and have graduated before your first day at Shell.
