Job Summary: As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the needs of VIP and long-stay Guests, ensuring an exceptional Guest experience.   • Provide assistance and advice to long-stay Guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Record and resolve Guest complaints efficiently.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities for up-selling and promotion.
  • Show creativity in lobby reception decoration during suitable seasonal periods, enhancing the overall image and ambiance for Guests.
  • Communicate with the Executive Lounge Manager, rewarding loyal Guests with suitable incentives within the allocated budget.
  • Foster good communication and work relationships across all hotel areas.
  • Manage staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Attend Reception and Executive Lounge meetings.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
