What you’ll be doing: Housekeeping Supervisor Jobs in Dubai

• Ensure the cleanliness of all guest rooms and conduct inspections prior to releasing them.
• Ensure room attendants follow the designated cleaning sequence as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure VIP amenities are placed in rooms before guest arrivals.
• Ensure that extra beds and additional amenities are in place as requested and indicated in guest traces.
• Perform daily inspections of team members’ grooming and appearance.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas to maintain the highest cleanliness standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for all room attendants.
• Foster positive employee relations at all times.
• Check and maintain the proper functioning of equipment and machines used.
• Conduct proper handover and takeover of shifts.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping desk.
• Continuously train attendants, supervise their work performance, and promote good working habits.
• Prepare inventory for room linen and supplies.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance schedule for rooms.
• Support and assist the coordinator with all room-related requirements to effectively meet the needs of colleagues.
