- Referring more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management
- Assisting in the onboarding process of new employees, including collecting and processing required paperwork
- Assisting in the coordination of recruitment and selection processes, such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and materials
- Assisting in the maintenance and updating of HR databases and systems
- Assisting in the coordination of employee training and development initiatives
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as assigned

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
- HR-related certification or coursework is desirable
