  • Assisting in the coordination of employee training and development initiatives
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Requirements: Female Jobs in Saudi Arabia

 

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
