We’re looking for a dedicated HR Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is your chance to be at the heart of HR operations, working with cutting-edge government portals and ensuring our clients receive top-notch HR services.
What You’ll Do
As an HR Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR. Your role will include:
- Acting as the primary account manager for HR services, ensuring clients’ needs are met with precision and care.
- Navigating government portals like Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS to manage employee records, work permits, and payroll compliance.
- Handling HR administration tasks, including onboarding, visa processing, and employee mobility.
- Ensuring all HR operations comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as the bridge between them and the company.
- Managing employee documentation and records, keeping everything accurate and up-to-date.
- Providing support and answering employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Saudi government portals like Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS.
- Proficiency in English – it’s a must!
- A solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
