About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting and Administration Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats, from managing financial records to ensuring smooth office operations. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a knack for balancing numbers and people, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
1. Accounting, Taxes, and Zakat:
- Oversee accounting records, tax filings, and Zakat compliance in line with Saudi regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and track income, expenses, and cash flow.
- Handle payroll processing via the “Mudad” platform, including salary calculations and tax declarations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial statements and operations.
2. Human Resources Administration:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law in all HR activities.
- Draft employment contracts, manage employee insurance, and handle onboarding paperwork.
- Support recruitment efforts and oversee employee-related documentation.
- Manage company assets assigned to employees, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.
3. Government Relations:
- Act as the primary representative for government-related matters.
- Guide clients through establishment services, licensing, and other governmental transactions.
- Execute government services on behalf of clients, including form submissions and visits to government entities.
4. Office Administrative Affairs:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing the CEO’s requirements.
- Track office expenses, rental payments, and maintenance needs.
- Liaise with suppliers, manage office supplies, and ensure smooth administrative support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level Arabic proficiency and strong written and spoken English.
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting, taxes, and Zakat within Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Tax Laws and Labor Laws.
- Experience in personnel management and office administration.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (HR Management certification is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- A dedicated work ethic and a transferable Iqama.
