What You’ll Do:

- Handle registrations and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Manage leads, maintain accurate records, and track progress.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other general administrative tasks.
- Contribute to team efficiency by taking on various responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus.
- Familiarity with invoicing and lead management systems is an advantage.
