In this role, you will offer technical support to top management clients and branches, manage ITSM systems, and handle IT incidents and service requests. You will also be responsible for the configuration, testing, and deployment of new hardware and software. A solid understanding of a broad range of computer hardware and software programs is crucial.

 

Key Responsibilities: Telecommunication Domain Oman

 

  1. Provide 24/7 support service for top management clients and branches.
  2. Monitor the status and progress of all open incidents towards resolution.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for all IT and technical queries to ensure quick and efficient handling of IT incidents and service requests.
  4. Support the client’s environment, including Desktops, Laptops, and their related applications and hardware.
  5. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and end-user problems.
  6. Participate in the rollout of software updates and patches.
  7. Investigate specialist and complex IT support issues.
  8. Communicate with third-party technical specialists.
  9. Maintain, configure, and test a wide range of computer hardware and software programs.
  10. Deploy new hardware and software.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • 2 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Education (Electronics field) or equivalent.
  • Certifications: MCSE Mobility, MCSA Win10, CCNA, ITIL.
