We are looking for an ERP Data Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing data related to kitchen operations, inventory, and supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately input and manage data into the ERP system, including inventory levels, product orders, and kitchen supplies.
- System Support: Act as the main point of contact for ERP-related issues or queries, providing timely solutions and support.
- Inventory Monitoring: Maintain and monitor inventory levels within the ERP system, ensuring stock records are up-to-date and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Order Processing: Ensure accurate encoding of customer orders, aligning them with inventory availability and processing them efficiently through the ERP system.
- Data Analysis: Analyze ERP data to identify trends, optimize kitchen operations, and provide actionable insights for improved efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Training & Collaboration: Provide training and support to team members on ERP system usage, particularly for kitchen operations. Collaborate with departments like purchasing and finance to ensure smooth data flow and reporting.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all data processes and system changes, ensuring clarity and transparency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Associate’s degree or relevant certifications in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Preferred).
- Experience:
- Proven experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment (Required).
- Prior experience with ERP systems (Preferred).
- Strong data entry and encoding experience (Required).
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
