About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team and help us bring the RARE Finds story to life. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring our resort stands out in a competitive market. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to identify opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and deliver exceptional service to our partners and guests.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the Voice of RARE Finds: Articulate our brand’s unique positioning and values to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals, focusing on designated geographic territories and market sectors.
- Build Relationships: Manage key accounts, conduct sales visits, and host site inspections to showcase the resort’s unique offerings.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic developments to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead with Passion: Mentor junior team members, share insights, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Organize and participate in sales trips, trade shows, and FAM trips.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contracted partners and track performance metrics.
- Resolve guest issues and provide feedback to leadership.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a knack for building long-term relationships.
- A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English. (Fluency in German or another European language is a plus!)
- A problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can meet tight deadlines.
- A customer service champion with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- A team player who’s organized, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
Your Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of a University Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and the European leisure travel sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Opera Sales & Catering, and Microsoft Office.
- Proven track record in account management, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
