About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the face of Radiometer, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our state-of-the-art diagnostic analyzers, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your work will directly impact patient care, helping healthcare providers deliver fast, accurate, and reliable diagnoses.

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Perform advanced troubleshooting, installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs on Radiometer analyzers.
- Customer Training: Install analyzers and provide training to customers, ensuring they can use our technology effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Complete regulatory field action notes and technical updates within specified deadlines.
- IT and Networking: Upgrade operating systems, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and troubleshoot basic IT issues (Windows 7/10/11).
- Connectivity: Set up and test device connectivity with middleware, LIS, HIS, and EMR systems.
- Spare Parts Management: Accurately record and manage spare parts usage to ensure efficient service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: A university degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in the healthcare industry, preferably with Medical & POC devices or Diagnostic equipment.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in troubleshooting, networking, IT system upgrades, and device connectivity.
- Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
