About the Role
As the Saudi Market IT Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind IT solutions that enable our business to thrive. From Day 1, you’ll take ownership of your domain, applying your skills and ideas to develop, support, and improve IT systems that deliver real business results. You’ll work on high-priority projects that impact multiple areas of the business, including:
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborating with direct customers and distributors to drive growth.
- Retail Execution: Enhancing how we connect with consumers at the point of sale.
- Product Supply Chain: Optimizing operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Brand and Digital Marketing: Leveraging data and technology to create impactful campaigns.
- Internal Business Planning and Operations: Streamlining processes to drive efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Project Management: Lead local and regional IT projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and with excellence.
- Product Management: Develop innovative solutions when existing ones don’t meet business needs—whether that means partnering with vendors or building in-house tools.
- Data & Analytics: Work with large datasets to provide actionable insights, enabling faster and smarter decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure (Databricks, Data Factory, Azure SQL), Python, and PowerBI.
- Analytical Skills: A solid understanding of data models (RDBMS, Delta tables) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience solving business problems with technology in large enterprises (preferred).
