About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive world-class support. You’ll be the backbone of our service operations, managing workflows, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between our Field Service Engineers and customers. Your work will directly contribute to improving healthcare outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Dispatch Work Orders: Coordinate and schedule repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance using CRM & ServiceMax.
  • Optimize Operations: Act as the go-to expert for dispatch strategies, ensuring efficiency and timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Plan and Execute: Systematically plan and implement new installations, preventative maintenance (PMs), and field updates (FANs/FTUs).
  • Manage Inventory: Forecast, track, and maintain optimal levels of spare parts and test equipment calibration.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Field Service Engineers, the Service Manager, and the Head of Service to drive customer excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of customer service experience or equivalent (an associate degree is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Radiometer products and solutions is highly preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to resolving challenges and improving processes.
