As a Laundry Supervisor, you are tasked with managing the overall daily operations of the Laundry Department. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the overall daily operations of the Laundry.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality controls are in place for all laundry processes, rejecting any exceptions.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area.
- Team Management: Train, develop, and appraise the laundry team.
- Stock Management: Carry out stock takes and ensure par stocks are maintained.
- Storage: Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage.
- Customer Service Management: Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively.
- Linen Issuing: Oversee the issuing of linen via a requisition system.
- Safety Regulations: Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.
