- Team Leader: Coordinating staff efforts and ensuring seamless operation across all hotel departments.
- Head Hostess: Welcoming guests, making them comfortable, and guiding them throughout their stay.
- Hostess: Assisting the head hostess in their duties, welcoming guests, and making sure they feel at home.
- Bar Attendant: Taking orders, serving drinks to guests, and maintaining a high level of service at all times.
- Food & Beverage Attendant: Assisting in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
- Waiter: Taking orders and serving food to the guests, maintaining a high level of service.
- Head Waiter: Overseeing the wait staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and solving any issues that may arise.
- Bartender: Mixing and serving drinks to guests, providing an excellent bar service.
- Head Bartender: Overseeing the bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving any issues that may occur.
