Responsibilities: Restaurant Manager Vacancy Bahrain
– Oversee the overall management of the pub, including day-to-day operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
– Create and implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers, increase sales, and achieve business targets.
– Develop and maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere within the pub, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
– Manage and train pub staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
– Handle inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
– Collaborate with senior managers to develop and execute business plans, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
– Monitor and analyze pub performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate measures.
– Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
