What You’ll Be Doing
If selected for this future opportunity, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of Soft Services, including Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, and Service Desk functions.
- Leading and mentoring teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Preparing insightful monthly reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and legal regulations.
- Identifying risks, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
We seek professionals who bring expertise and leadership to Soft Services Facilities Management:
- Experience: 10-15 years in relevant roles, with at least 5-7 years in senior consultancy services.
- Education: Degree in a relevant engineering discipline; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Certifications: Affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers; BICS/ISSA certifications are advantageous.
