Company Overview: We are a reputable hotel/restaurant in Dubai dedicated to providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a motivated Valet Driver to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive at the hotel/restaurant entrance.
- Assist guests with unloading their luggage from their vehicles, if required.
- Safely park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a designated parking area.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding the hotel/restaurant facilities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of guests’ vehicles.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving guests’ vehicles.
- Collaborate with other team members to efficiently manage vehicle traffic and parking spaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet station.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Valet Driver in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment.
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly and courteous attitude towards guests.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle guest requests with professionalism.
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and perform valet duties effectively.
- Knowledge of Dubai streets and locations.
- Must currently reside in the UAE.
