Job Description: Bahrain IT Support Engineer
VAM Systems is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in end-user support and a good understanding of networking concepts including Switching, Routing, and Firewalls.
Key Responsibilities: Bahrain IT Support Engineer
- Provide technical support to end-users for various hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems, including connectivity issues, bandwidth utilization, and security.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install and configure various operating systems and software applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and maintaining appropriate backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Keep track of inventory and maintain an updated record of hardware and software assets.
- Provide training to end-users on various software applications and IT-related policies.
Terms and Conditions: Bahrain IT Support Engineer
The selected candidate will be expected to join VAM Systems – Bahrain within 15-30 days of the offer. Upon joining, the candidate will be deputed to one of the organizations in Bahrain. The joining time frame is a maximum of 4 weeks.
