Are you an experienced and qualified OES Engineer specializing in Networks? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference every day. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance and management of ATE systems and equipment in your area of expertise. By adhering to established processes and procedures outlined in the CNS Manuals and dans Safety and Quality Management System, you will contribute to providing seamless service provision to our valued customers, meeting and exceeding their satisfaction and expectations.
Key Accountabilities: Jobs in Dubai for Americans
- Provide supervisory and people management support to ATSEPs within your system responsibility.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment within your scope at various sites (DWC, DXB, EFTA, including off-airport locations).
- Inform line managers about any equipment anomalies promptly.
- Prioritize attendance for breakdown faults, with aviation safety-related issues receiving top priority.
- Adhere to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) processes, ensuring the completion of Level 1 and Level 2 tasks within specified timelines.
- Perform Corrective Maintenance tasks, maintaining an up-to-date competence.
- Plan and implement configuration changes according to the MOC (Management of Change) process, while keeping the Configuration Sheet updated for your system responsibility.
- Develop and test tactical adaptations or configuration changes to enhance operational efficiency for both operational staff and yourself, meeting stakeholder requirements. These processes will be deployed using the published WR/MOC processes.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) relevant to your duties, fostering positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Specific Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as an ATE specialist, specializing in Networks.
- Relevant certificates of competency in your area of specialization.
- Technical knowledge of Communications, Navigation, Radar, ATM, and other Airport Systems.
- Familiarity with ICAO standards and recommended practices.
- Up-to-date knowledge of GCAA Civil Aviation Regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering from a recognized University or Training Establishment.
