Responsibilities: Jobs in Tabuk Saudi Arabia
- Check stock availability in the site store and all sites stores against Demand Bulletins before forwarding them to the Stores Section Head or Procurement Department for requesting items from other sites or purchasing from the market.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize the storage area.
- Manage stocks according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Ensure that Q.A./Q.C. personnel (when necessary) approve and the section head accepts and signs the delivery notes and/or invoices before stamping and receiving items purchased from the market.
- Supervise and assist in loading and unloading various items in stores.
- Minimize delays in clearing cash invoices and issuing stock items.
- Organize stock items on shelves or in the yard in an orderly and systematic layout, following company and manufacturer recommendations, and update location numbers accordingly.
- Process all necessary documents for timely monthly closing of store books and distribution of reports to management and other site sections.
- Follow and implement all instructions outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements: Jobs in Tabuk Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma is considered a strong asset.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in stores.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in written and oral English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in stores, either in construction sites, warehouses in industrial plants, or 3PL logistic companies.
