Job Title: General Purpose Seaman
Overview: Mooring Seaman Jobs in Dubai As a General Purpose Seaman, you will be responsible for ensuring that the vessel is maintained to the highest standard at all times. You will be required to perform a range of duties on board the ship, which may include maintaining the cleanliness of the vessel, stowing mooring lines, and carrying out regular maintenance on the vessel deck and outside structures.

Duties: Mooring Seaman Jobs in Dubai
- Clean and maintain the vessel to a high standard, including ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy and free from debris
- Stow mooring lines neatly and securely after cast off, to ensure the safety of the vessel and crew
- Conduct regular inspections of the vessel deck and outside structures, identifying any areas that require maintenance or repair
- Carry out maintenance and repair tasks as required, using appropriate tools and equipment
- Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo, as required
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety of the vessel and crew
Qualifications:
- A valid Seafarers Medical Certificate
- A valid Seafarers Discharge Book
- STCW Basic Safety Training certification
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
