Responsibilities: Female Jobs in Muscat Oman

 

• Handle general administration tasks including, but not limited to, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

• Coordinate and manage accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.

• Serve as the liaison between internal departments, external clients, and vendors.

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, and respond to their inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Manage office inventory, including ordering office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked, and managing maintenance and repairs.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the organization.

 

Requirements: Female Jobs in Muscat Oman

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
