Responsibilities: Office Assistant Hiring in Bahrain

 

  1. Newborn and Kids’ Photography: Conducting photoshoots for newborn babies and kids. Full training will be provided, but prior experience in photography is an advantage.
  2. Inquiry Management: Responding to inquiries regarding training schedules primarily through WhatsApp.
  3. Payment Processing: Handling customer payments and ensuring accurate processing.
  4. Order Preparation: Assisting in preparing customer orders for the trading department.
  5. Additional Tasks: Providing general assistance as required to ensure smooth operations across our various business areas.

Requirements: Office Assistant Hiring in Bahrain

 

  • Previous experience in photography is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp for effective communication.
  • Ability to handle payment processing accurately and efficiently.
  • A valid driving license is an advantage.
