  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Lead Generation:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
  1. Client Engagement and Presentations:
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services, highlighting their benefits and value.
  1. Sales Reporting and Review:
  • Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data for management evaluation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies for growth.
  1. Stock Management and Availability:
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations, coordinating with the inventory team as needed.
  1. Representing the Company:
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to showcase products and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals.
  1. Customer Service and Complaint Handling:
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any complaints or objections promptly and professionally.
