Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Engagement and Presentations:
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Sales Reporting and Review:
- Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data for management evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies for growth.
- Stock Management and Availability:
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations, coordinating with the inventory team as needed.
- Representing the Company:
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to showcase products and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals.
- Customer Service and Complaint Handling:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any complaints or objections promptly and professionally.
