Job Content: We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to manage all activities related to specific projects at the contract site. In this role, you will chair meetings with site staff, communicate effectively with clients, ensure optimal utilization of project resources, and ensure the completion of all activities in accordance with the company’s processes and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Operational: AsiaPower Jobs in Oman

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of all site activities.
• Chair meetings with site staff and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the site, clients, and the head office.
• Ensure maximum utilization of project resources to meet job completion targets and schedules.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Provide timely assistance in resolving queries or problems at project locations as needed.
• Conduct project progress reviews and analysis, including the production of dashboards to monitor cumulative costs.
• Represent the company in coordination meetings with client representatives.
• Approve project site reports and official letters.
• Approve leave schedules for site personnel.
• Initiate disciplinary action in case of violations of company rules and regulations.
• Attend regular HSE meetings with clients across all projects, ensuring adherence to safety measures and quality compliance.

Minimum Education, Qualifications & Skills: Education:

• Should hold a degree in Engineering (Mechanical).

Experience: AsiaPower Jobs in Oman

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management for onshore oil and gas construction.
• At least 5 years of experience gained in the Middle East.
