We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Road and Bridge Projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Urgently Required for Oman
- Manage all aspects of the Road and Bridge Projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and control project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
Requirements: Urgently Required for Oman
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Road and Bridge Projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closeout.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
