Key Responsibilities: Operation Manager Saudi Arabia
- Restaurant Operations: Seamlessly coordinate Front and Back of House operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure superior service, promptly handle customer complaints.
- Vendor and Shift Management: Regularly review product quality and supervise shifts.
- Staff Management: Evaluate and enhance staff performance, guide them in maintaining service standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Uphold sanitation and safety regulations.
- Brand Image and Promotion: Safeguard restaurant’s reputation and engage in community outreach and promotional activities.
- Cost Control and Reporting: Monitor operational costs, prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Staff Training: Train new and existing employees on top-notch customer service practices.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies for smooth restaurant operations.
Preferred Qualifications: Operation Manager Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional customer service and people management skills.
- Broad knowledge of food and beverage, with the ability to inform customers and waitstaff about ingredients and dishes.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and PeachWorks.
- Solid financial management skills.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary schooling is a plus.
