Job Description: We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to input information from paper documents into our database. The ideal candidate should be computer proficient and possess fast typing skills with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Type in data provided directly from customers.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
