Job Description: AV Technician
Key Accountabilities: Computer Consultancy Qatar
- Set up and install microphones, lights, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras.
- Conduct sound, visual, and performance quality checks on AV equipment.
- Lay electrical and sound cables.
- Inspect mountings and electrical equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate sound and visual equipment during events or presentations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Disassemble audio and visual equipment after use.
Skills: Computer Consultancy Qatar
- Bachelor’s degree in sound engineering or a similar field.
- Previous experience working as an AV technician.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- High level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with computers and IP Networking Systems.
- In-depth knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of modern filming and sound mixing techniques.
- Must currently be based in Qatar with a valid Qatar residency.
