Job Description: Brownfield Senior Project Engineer – PWM
Job Accountabilities: Project Engineer Airswift Qatar
- Support Senior Project Lead:
- Assist the Senior Project Lead in technical and management/coordination subjects related to the project.
- Collaborate on project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure Compliance with Specifications:
- Ensure that project specifications and technical contractual dossiers align with the standards and requirements set by the National Oil Company (NOC).
- Verify that contractor deliverables meet the overall contract and NOC technical specifications and regulations.
- Technical Authority and Coordination:
- Support Technical Authority roles for various technical disciplines and ensure effective internal coordination.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to manage interfaces and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Project Management and Execution:
- Manage the DBN PWM project according to the statement of requirements, NOC specifications, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure proper management of interfaces with partners, regulators, and third parties.
- Execute the project with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budget control.
Skills: Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Project Engineer Airswift Qatar
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any engineering discipline.
- Background in project management with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and project management.
- Previous experience in offshore projects is essential, and experience in Brownfield activities is advantageous.
- Familiarity with working in project teams, particularly in large multinational taskforce environments.
- Broad range of skills and competencies in various engineering disciplines and/or interface management.
- Willingness to travel for technical missions worldwide.
- Knowledge of contractual matters and experience in offshore projects and operations is desirable.
- Good understanding of the industrial context, contract practices, and general Oil & Gas operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in complex and multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in analytical skills.
- Possession of H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
