Key Responsibilities: Expatriates Bahrain Jobs Driver Bellboy
- Luggage Handling:
- Ensure prompt and efficient handling of guest luggage upon arrival, during their stay, and upon departure.
- Safeguard the safety and security of guest luggage.
- Attach a baggage claim tag to each piece of luggage.
- Vehicle Parking:
- Park guests’ and visitors’ vehicles in the designated hotel parking area.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in parking procedures.
- Guest Assistance:
- Address and resolve guests’ complaints and requests promptly.
- Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure immediate follow-up on guest concerns.
- Issue guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Report any unusual occurrences or guest requests to the Concierge desk.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and relevant departments.

Required Experience and Skills: Expatriates Bahrain Jobs Driver Bellboy
- Relevant experience as a Bellboy or in a similar role is an asset.
- Highly responsible and reliable in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and a positive attitude towards guest service.

- Holder of Bahraini nationality.
- Valid driving license.
