Job Description: 12th Pass Driver Job Vacancy in Qatar
The Driver Care Agent will be responsible for supporting the LTS drivers in their day-to-day operations and monitoring their performance. The agent will provide the necessary support to improve driver performance. Key responsibilities include:
– Monitoring and tracking of vehicles on the Mursaal system.
– Ensuring drivers are informed about any changes in their assigned shifts or vehicles.
– Preparing daily revenue progress reports for drivers.
– Assisting drivers in resolving day-to-day issues such as client abuse, cash deficiency, or fare irregularities.
– Providing assistance to drivers in case of vehicle breakdowns or other road-related issues.
– Providing counseling support to drivers to boost their revenue.
– Preparing required documents, such as accident history, performance, and attitude reports, for drivers prior to department management meetings.
– Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly reports.
