1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
– Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
– Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks.
– Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
– Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
– Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
– Provide recommendations to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
3. General Accounting:
– Oversee the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
– Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
– Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
4. Compliance and Audit:
– Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
– Assist in internal and external audit processes.
– Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
5. Financial Planning and Analysis:
– Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
– Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and business proposals.
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cost management.
6. Team Collaboration:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and management, to achieve organizational goals.
