- Supervise Makeup Artists: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to a team of makeup artists, ensuring they deliver exceptional makeup application services to clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their highest potential.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of makeup artists. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques and share this knowledge with the team.
- Client Consultation: Assist in client consultations, understanding their preferences, skin types, and desired looks. Provide recommendations and advice based on their individual needs.
- Makeup Application: Demonstrate expertise in makeup application techniques, including foundation application, contouring, highlighting, eyeshadow application, lipstick application, and other specialized techniques.
- Color Coordination: Utilize your knowledge of color theory to create harmonious and visually appealing makeup looks. Coordinate makeup colors effectively to enhance the client’s features and overall appearance.
- Skincare Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of different skin types, common skin concerns, and skincare products. Prepare the client’s skin before makeup application and address specific skincare needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup products and their properties. Have a comprehensive understanding of foundations, concealers, blushes, eyeshadows, mascaras, lip products, and more. Provide guidance to the team on product selection and usage.

- Proven experience as a makeup artist, with a focus on leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup application techniques and color theory.
