Position: Assistant Sales Manager

The Role: As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve strategic objectives while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Your role is pivotal in empowering the sales team with the necessary skills and support to maximize sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers.
You will work across various departments to ensure the effective and seamless operation of the store, providing valuable feedback to the store, brand, and area managers to continually enhance staff performance and product offerings. During periods of the Sales Manager’s absence, you may be called upon to step in as a capable and reliable deputy.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity, will equip you with the knowledge and expertise to excel in this role.
- A good level of secondary education will demonstrate your commitment to personal growth and development.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective communication within the team and with customers. Proficiency in Arabic language skills is an advantage, enhancing your ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Being PC literate will equip you with the technological skills necessary to leverage digital tools and resources in optimizing store operations and data analysis.
