Job Title: Back Office Support (EUS) – End User Support

Accountabilities: Back Office Support (EUS) Jobs in Muscat Oman
- Provide 24/7 support to top management clients and branches.
- Manage ITSM systems (Ticketing, Reports).
- Monitor status and progress of all open incidents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT and technical queries to ensure quick and efficient handling of IT incidents and service requests.
- Support the client’s environment, including desktops, laptops, and related applications and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and end-user problems.
- Participate in the rollout of software updates and patches.
- Investigate specialist and complex IT support issues.
- Communicate with third-party technical specialists.
- Maintain a wide range of computer hardware and software programs.
- Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
- Deploy new hardware and software.
Experience: Back Office Support (EUS) Jobs in Muscat Oman
- 2 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor of Industrial Education (Electronics field) or any equivalent
- Certifications in MCSE Mobility, MCSA Win10, CCNA, ITIL are preferred.
