Responsibilities: Barista Jobs Alahsa Saudi Arabia
- Promote coffee consumption by educating customers about coffee and selling coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies.
- Welcome customers and determine their coffee preferences and needs.
- Educate customers about the coffee drink menu and answer any questions they may have.
- Explain the differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines, and demonstrate how brewing equipment operates to sell coffee and coffee brewing equipment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, espresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino, following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
- Attract new customers and generate revenue by identifying opportunities for new and expanded services and products.
- Maintain inventory by replenishing the coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, and ensuring an adequate supply of pastries and cookies for the coffee bar.
- Keep equipment in working order by following operating instructions, performing preventive maintenance, and arranging for repairs when necessary.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Continuously improve quality results by evaluating and redesigning processes, implementing changes, and maintaining the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments by participating in educational opportunities, reading relevant publications, and maintaining professional networks.
- Enhance the coffee shop’s reputation by taking ownership of new and unique requests and seeking opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Education and Experience: Barista Jobs Alahsa Saudi Arabia

- Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale software.
