Main Responsibilities:

 

Sales Target Achievement: Binzagr Company Job Vacancy

 

– Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of 100% sales targets on a monthly basis. Through your strategic planning abilities and analysis skills, you will identify opportunities and implement effective measures to drive sales growth.

 

Customer Relationship Management: Binzagr Company Job Vacancy

 

– You will establish strong relationships with key accounts by visiting assigned stores and customer central warehouses regularly. Your goal will be to create workable journey plans, ensuring that all buyers, section heads, and outlets are visited weekly. By utilizing your excellent communication skills, you will maintain customer contract compliance and implement promotional activities to maximize sales.

 

Market Presence:

– You will spend 90% of your time in the market, closely monitoring on-shelf availability (OSA) in all assigned stores. Conducting regular audits and maintaining stock levels in customer central warehouses will be essential to meet customer demands.

 

Sales Reporting and Coordination:

– You will be responsible for completing a daily sales report and submitting it to the Key Account Manager. Additionally, you will regularly check prices, manage short expiry and damages, and ensure the availability of all SKUs in stores and customer central warehouse. Effective collaboration with the merchandising team and coordination of their schedules and workload will be crucial to meet key account objectives.

 

Customer Service Excellence:

– Managing customer purchase orders (POs), collecting payments on time and in full, and following up on delivery dates will be integral parts of your role. You will address any issues promptly, report them to the Line Manager, and work towards resolving them to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Competitor Analysis and Innovation:

– You will monitor competitor activity and report it as per business requirements. Additionally, you will play a role in landing relevant innovations on the shelf as per the new product development (NPD) plan.

 

Asset and Fund Management:

– Upholding a zero-tolerance policy on the misuse of company assets and funds, you will ensure their proper utilization and accountability.

 

Job Requirements:

 

– Diploma or equivalent qualification.
– No prior experience is needed; we will provide comprehensive training.

 

Skills:

 

– Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities and drive growth.
– Strategic Planning Abilities: Capable of developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market presence.
– Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, key accounts, and internal teams.
