Role Overview: Business Development Vacancy in Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our brand in selling Solid Surface/Onyx/Artificial Marble products. Business Development Vacancy in Dubai As a Sales Executive, you will be a business partner responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities to generate revenue and build strong customer relationships in the market. Your primary focus will be promoting our artificial marble products to potential clients, manufacturers, and contractors in the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development Vacancy in Dubai

1. Sales Target Achievement:
– Promote and sell solid surface and artificial marble products to potential clients in the target markets.
– Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

2. Pipeline Management:
– Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
– Regularly follow up on leads, visit customers on-site, and prepare sales proposals and quotations in a timely manner.

3. Product Knowledge:
– Develop an in-depth understanding of our artificial marble products, technical aspects, competitive products, and industry trends.
– Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and advantages to potential customers.

4. Sales Administration:
– Utilize CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and regular visit reports to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
– Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building/construction industry.
(Note: Experience in selling artificial marble products or similar products in the building materials industry will be considered an asset.)
– Willingness to travel frequently and spend a significant amount of time in the field, seizing opportunities and closing deals.
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA.
– Fluent in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
– Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and preparing regular visit reports.
– Valid driver’s license and own car for travel purposes.
