Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our Engineering Department. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of public structures, including roads, bridges, buildings, canals, and more. Your role will involve planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of structures for our various construction projects while monitoring their progress.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create detailed plans for buildings and structures.
- Oversee surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations essential for guiding construction or design.
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Perform quality control checks and inspections during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, documents, and drawings.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in civil engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Civil Engineer on a construction site or in a similar role within the Engineering Department.
- Possession of a verified engineering license will be preferred.
