Position Summary: Fitness Center Clerk
Amentum is seeking a Fitness Center Clerk (FCC) to perform Installation Support Services (ISS) functions at Ali Al Salem base and Cargo City in Kuwait. The FCC will be responsible for maintaining an integrated fitness and sports program in accordance with international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria, and industry standards. Basic Function Summary: Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with and encouraging participation in fitness programs and events.
- Ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of fitness facilities.
- Performing custodial duties to maintain cleanliness of equipment and floors.
- Properly storing fitness equipment when not in use and maintaining overall facility organization.
- Participating in and coordinating intramural sports leagues, clubs, runs, competitions, and fitness events.
- Coordinating and collaborating with volunteers for various events.
- Providing all required documentation and reporting in compliance with international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria, and industry standards.
Requirements: Clerk Indians in Kuwait Job Vacancy
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in comparable recreation and fitness programs, preferably on a US military installation with a similar scope and nature.
- American Red Cross CPR Certificate, American Red Cross Standard First Aid certificate or local equivalent, and Automated External Defibrillator Certificate.
- Previous work experience in an austere OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
- US Citizenship, valid US or local driver’s license, and US passport.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Ability to pass contract medical requirements and maintain them for the duration of deployment.
- Country visa as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.

- Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting contract responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and schedules under deadline pressure while maintaining performance standards.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Working and Living Conditions: This position may involve working and living in an environment with harsh and dangerous conditions. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities, including heavy lifting, climbing, crawling, and working outdoors. The ability to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods is necessary.
