Your Role: Manager Wanted at Philips Dubai
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the marketing strategy, including planning, P&Ls, NPIs, and roadmaps
- Marketing Plans: Lead a 12/24-month rolling integrated consumer marketing plan based on insights
- Performance Tracking: Drive business performance according to KPIs such as sales, order intake, market shares, IGM, A&P, ISM, and marketing ROI
- Product & Service Portfolio: Determine the portfolio for the markets, managing product introductions and phase-outs
- Customer Experience: Manage a holistic customer experience across the product and service portfolio
- Business Development: Contribute to new business models and channels development
- Channelization Approach: Champion channelization strategy, maximizing visibility and opportunities
Requirements: Manager Wanted at Philips Dubai
- 5-10 years of experience in FMCG marketing roles
- Customer-focused mindset and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing
- Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and drive for continuous improvement
- Arabic speakers are preferred, with professional level English
