We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves interacting with our clients who may have complaints, orders, or require information about our products/services. The right candidate will provide solutions tailored to individual client needs and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the process.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process customer orders and keep them updated about the status of their orders.
  • Provide detailed information about our products/services as per the customer’s requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage customer needs effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
